1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

"bni789" / "We" / "Us"	The company operating the bni789 platform, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates.
"Member" / "You"	Any individual who has registered a valid account on the bni789 platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
"Account"	The personal account created by a Member on the platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
"Bet" / "Wager"	Any stake placed by a Member on any sporting event, casino game, card game, or other gaming product offered through the platform.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by bni789 to a Member subject to applicable terms.
"Rollover Requirement"	The minimum total wagering amount that must be completed before Bonus funds may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus value.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process bni789 uses to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment ownership.
"Services"	All products and features available on the platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Domino QQ, and mobile casino.

2 Eligibility

Use of the bni789 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users under applicable local law.
• You must not have previously had a bni789 account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation when registering or operating an account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of bni789 Services, you must register a Member account. By completing registration, you agree to the following conditions:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the bni789 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must use your own identity when registering. Registering under another person's name, using fictitious details, or impersonating any individual is strictly forbidden.
• bni789 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Upon successful registration, bni789 will assign your account a unique identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account registration is free of charge. bni789 will never request payment to open or maintain a standard Member account.

3.1 Account Currency

All bni789 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. No currency conversion fees are applied by bni789; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which bni789 accepts no responsibility.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bni789 account credentials. The following obligations apply to all Members:

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify bni789 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bni789 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account. All bets and transactions placed through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of who placed them.
• bni789 may lock or suspend your account as a precautionary security measure if unusual activity is detected, pending verification of your identity.

5 Deposits

bni789 accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Member's own name.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The following deposit channels are currently supported by bni789:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The general minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
• bni789 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees levied by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — meaning accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
• Funds credited to your bni789 account must be used for betting purposes only. bni789 reserves the right to refuse deposit requests that it reasonably believes are not made in good faith.
• bni789 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider during the transfer process.

6 Withdrawals

bni789 processes withdrawal requests to verified Member accounts promptly. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• A Member must have completed the KYC verification process (see Clause 10) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name — the same name on the bni789 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are communicated in the Member's account settings.
• Any active Bonus funds subject to an incomplete Rollover Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover condition is met.

6.2 Processing Times

bni789 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for standard verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. bni789 accepts no liability for delays attributable to the Member's bank or payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

bni789 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Members are advised to check with their own bank or e-wallet provider regarding any receiving fees that may apply on their end.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bni789 offers a range of bonus products and promotional campaigns to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are available to verified Members who have accepted the applicable promotional terms at the time of claiming.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• All Bonus funds are subject to a Rollover Requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The specific rollover multiple and qualifying game types will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• bni789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed prior to such modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of placement.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to match betting with low-risk positions across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of welcome bonuses, or providing false registration information to claim multiple offers — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the bni789 platform across all product categories including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and Domino QQ:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. bni789 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see Clause 8.1).
• bni789 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, bni789 will use available records and game logs to determine the correct outcome. Where records are incomplete or inconclusive, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• bni789 offers mix parlay (combination accumulator) markets on eligible sportsbook events. All legs of a mix parlay must settle as wins for the full payout to be awarded; one losing leg voids the entire accumulator.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with the standard Asian handicap settlement rules displayed on the relevant market page.

8.1 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is an obvious and undeniable mistake in the odds, prices, or game settings made available by bni789. Where bni789 determines that a manifest error has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected Members. bni789's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bni789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordination with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any transaction that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Depositing funds from payment instruments not registered in your own name.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bni789 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or KYC verification.

10 KYC & Identity Verification

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards, bni789 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be requested at any point during a Member's account lifecycle at bni789's discretion.

10.1 Required Documents

Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (Indonesian driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your residential address, dated within the last three months.

10.2 Verification Timeframes

bni789 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require additional time. During the review period, the Member's withdrawal functionality will remain suspended. Deposits and betting activity may continue normally during this period unless bni789 determines otherwise.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bni789 limits its liability to Members as follows:

• bni789 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• bni789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• bni789's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• bni789 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension due to prohibited conduct.
• bni789 accepts no responsibility for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions that prevent a Member from accessing the platform or completing a bet in time.

12 Responsible Gaming

bni789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Members can configure session duration alerts to remind them of the time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of their session duration and net betting position are available on request.

13 Intellectual Property

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bni789 platform without prior written consent from bni789.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bni789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:

• Material changes will be notified to Members via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
• Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by applicable law — may be made without advance notice.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
• Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bni789's operating jurisdiction as an internationally licensed gaming operator. The following provisions apply to disputes between bni789 and its Members:

• In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact bni789 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bni789 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

• Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
• Any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought outside this limitation period will not be accepted.
